We set up Water Lane Photography four years ago when we were based riverside in Richmond-upon-Thames - we are Will & James - two professional commercial photographers with over ten years experience. We are now based in Soho, London, but work across the UK and further afield.

We produce highly original, creative images, and believe that our skill is to capture people at their most natural with candid shots as the day progresses. We believe the best shots are taken when people are not aware of the camera and much of our photography is done in this way. We become observers of your wedding day, quietly capturing the special moments as they unfold in front of us.

Outside of weddings we are commercial photographers. We shoot a select number of weddings each year which enables us to concentrate our abilities for these special events, allowing the work to stay fresh and vibrant. We understand the amount of effort and time that goes into creating a wedding & we are committed to producing a comprehensive photographic record of your day.

Shooting digitally, we are happy to shoot in black & white or colour, depending upon your preference. Please have a look at the 'Options' page of our website, while realising that the entire service is eminently flexible, and can be designed to suit your personal requirements.
